RED CARBOXYLATED NITRILE ROUGHTOP

This material offers a cost effective solution for highly abrasive applications.

The cover compound provides excellent oil and grease resistance. Up to 3 times the wear of standard nitrile or traditional roughtop belting. It can wear up to two times longer than competitive polyurethane roughtop belting.

This new belt is available up to 72" wide. The 3 ply all polyester carcass offers 225# tension while at the same time very good flexibility over 2-1/2" diameter pulleys.

TAN PURE GUM ROUGHTOP

The material is an all gum compound soft enough to handle inclines up to 32º, yet tough enough to resist wear.

This belt offers all synthetic 225# heavy industrial carcass with thick all tan color skims between plies.

Treated polyester/nylon high strength yarns contribute to greater mechanical fastener holding capabilities. It also has an increased ability to withstand shock loading caused by sudden starts and stops.
