Second Elevator Belts

Designed with juice saver scoop cleats to retain the maximum amount of grape juice by preventing overflow.

Standard construction is 14" wide 2 ply 160# 1/16 X friction surface.

Cleats are 3" high on 6" centers with 1/2" recess from each belt edge.

Collector Belts

collector-belt, not type recommended for "bill" collectors.

Typically made with 1" high cleats on 6" centers with flat spring steel reinforcement.

Standard belts are 12" or 14" wide with a 1" recess from each edge.

First Elevator Belts

The 1-1/2" high closed chevron pattern will provide excellent grape and juice retention while providing superior wear resistance.

Standard construction is 1-1/2" high cleats on 8" centers with 1/2" recess from each belt edge.
